OneTake turns text prompts and uploaded media into AI-generated video using third-party AI providers. Output quality is inherently variable; we don't guarantee any particular result.
Video generation consumes prepaid credits. Credits are reserved when generation starts and only charged for successfully generated footage; failed clips are never charged. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. Agency subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
You keep all rights to the prompts and media you upload and to the videos you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers' terms. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use what you generate.
Deleting a project or an account removes it from your account immediately and frees the storage it was using. We then keep the underlying files for 30 days before destroying them, so that work lost to a compromised account or a mistaken click can be restored — contact us within that window and we will put it back. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and irreversible.
That window is how deletion works here, and we are not able to offer instant permanent erasure of a whole account as a standard option. We can, however, permanently erase a specific project ahead of schedule: email us naming the project and we will remove it rather than waiting out the window. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Don't use OneTake to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people without consent, or violates the AI providers' usage policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
You decide what to make with OneTake, and you are responsible for it. That means you confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — footage, images, music, logos, documents — and that what you generate does not infringe anyone's rights, impersonate a real person without their consent, or break the law.
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you created, uploaded, or published using OneTake, you agree to cover us for that claim, including reasonable legal costs. This does not apply to claims caused by our own wrongdoing.
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for downtime, lost content, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$2,500.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including our own fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
