OneTake turns text prompts and uploaded media into AI-generated video using third-party AI providers. Output quality is inherently variable; we don't guarantee any particular result.
Video generation consumes prepaid credits. Credits are reserved when generation starts and only charged for successfully generated footage; failed clips are never charged. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. Agency subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
You keep all rights to the prompts and media you upload and to the videos you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers' terms. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use what you generate.
Don't use OneTake to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people without consent, or violates the AI providers' usage policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up, but we're not liable for downtime, lost content, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
