Your email, name and hashed password; the prompts, media and projects you create; credit and payment records (card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers); and basic technical logs.
To run the service: generating your videos (your prompts and uploads are sent to AI providers such as Google and LTX to do the generation), billing, sign-in, and support. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email.
We send exactly two kinds of email: agency invitations and password resets.
Your projects and videos are stored on our servers so you can come back to them. Delete a project and its files are removed. Delete your account (email us) and your data goes with it, minus records we must keep for accounting.
